Using Spoonbird

These terms apply to Spoonbird, published by 8 O’Clock, LLC under the Stabilize publisher name. By using Spoonbird, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
A personal record and companion
Spoonbird helps you record what you choose to share, talk through everyday experiences, review descriptive patterns and prepare reports. You must be 17 or older. Keep your account secure and only submit information you have the right to share.
Spoonbird is not a medical service, a clinician or an emergency service. It does not diagnose conditions, establish causes, or recommend starting, stopping or changing medication or doses. Review AI-generated entries and reports for accuracy. Do not delay professional care because of an AI response.
The medical disclaimer is part of these terms. AI can misunderstand, omit details or make mistakes. A saved entry is your self-reported record, not a clinical finding. Medication schedules and actual dose entries are separate; a schedule does not mean a dose was taken.
Your information and choices
You retain ownership of the content you provide. You permit us and the services described in our Privacy Policy to process it to deliver Spoonbird. You may withdraw AI permission, export your information or delete your account. You are responsible for checking shared reports and deciding who receives them.
Free use and subscriptions
Free accounts receive an allowance shared by AI text and voice that resets each calendar month. Its size and remaining availability are shown in the app. It is a service allowance, not money or stored credit. When it is used, manual entries, your existing record, reports, export, deletion and safety information remain available.
Optional subscriptions are billed through Apple at the price, duration and terms displayed before purchase. Prices may vary by storefront. A trial is available only when Apple confirms eligibility and shows it with the selected offer.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase, subject to any eligible trial.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge renewal within the final 24 hours.
- Manage or cancel in App Store subscription settings. Deleting Spoonbird or your account does not cancel a subscription.
- Restore Purchases can restore a qualifying purchase associated with the same Apple Account. Apple handles refund requests through Report a Problem.
Responsible use and availability
Do not use Spoonbird unlawfully, compromise other accounts, attempt to bypass access or usage controls, or interfere with the service. We may restrict access to address abuse, security issues or legal requirements. Features can be unavailable during maintenance, network outages or provider interruptions. Spoonbird is not an emergency contact channel and messages are not monitored for urgent assistance.
We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will receive notice where required. These terms do not remove rights that applicable consumer law gives you. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the App Store app.
